Review of Hypofriend
I cannot express how happy I am that we used Hypofriend to help finance our apartment. As a foreigner who only recently got permanent residence, there were a lot of questions I had about what my family could afford, how it worked with banks, who would consider us (and who wouldn't!), and of course all the documentation and the processes. I got to work with both Henryk and Janik on my application - both spoke impeccable English and were extremely efficient. They were able to clarify any and all questions I had, and I also loved how honest they were about certain situations which sprang up with the mortgages we were considering. Of course, it was excellent to be able to also do all of that in English, since even with C1 German it is a whole other world of vocabulary and new concepts to learn. I would 100% use Hypofriend again.
