Order not delivered
I've been a repeat customer, but my last few orders have had serious shipping issues. Packages marked as "delivered" never arrive at my address. My most recent order — for which I paid for the shipment because I needed it urgently — disappeared completely.
Customer support's solution? A form that only lets me claim back shipping costs, not the full order amount. No real follow-up, no actual resolution. Just a form. That's not customer service. Not even the offer of reshipping the order.
I've lost time, trust, and money. Very disappointing for a company I trusted with multiple high-value purchases. I won't be ordering again unless this is resolved fairly.

Zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurde mitgeteilt, dass lediglich die Versandkosten erstattet werden.
Selbstverständlich besteht Ihr Vertragsverhältnis mit uns als Verkäufer, und wir nehmen Ihr Anliegen daher ernst. Gleichzeitig gelten bei Verlustsendungen für alle Kunden die gleichen standardisierten Abläufe.
Wenn ein Paket auf dem Transportweg verloren geht, müssen wir zunächst eine offizielle Nachforschung beim Versanddienstleister DHL einleiten. Hierfür benötigen wir das bereits zugesandte Formular ausgefüllt zurück, da DHL diese Angaben zur Bearbeitung voraussetzt.
Nach Eingang des Formulars wird DHL den Verbleib der Sendung prüfen. Sollte das Paket nicht aufgefunden werden, erfolgt selbstverständlich eine Erstattung des vollständigen Bestellwertes inklusive der Versandkosten.
Das zugesandte Formular dient ausschließlich der Einleitung und Bearbeitung der Nachforschung beim Versanddienstleister und stellt keine Einschränkung Ihrer gesetzlichen Ansprüche dar.
Wir verstehen ebenfalls, dass die Bestellung dringend benötigt wurde und die aktuelle Situation für Sie besonders enttäuschend ist. Leider kann es trotz ordnungsgemäßem Versand in Einzelfällen zu Problemen beim Transportdienstleister kommen. Der von uns eingeleitete Ablauf entspricht dem üblichen Verfahren im Onlinehandel bei verloren gegangenen Sendungen.
Sobald uns das ausgefüllte Formular vorliegt, werden wir den Vorgang unverzüglich weiter bearbeiten und gemeinsam mit DHL schnellstmöglich klären. Zudem wurde DHL bereits angeschrieben, damit seits DHL mitgeteilt wird, wo genau das Paket sicher abgelegt wurde.

For many years now, I have been buying all my lingerie exclusively by LACE.
Perfect fit and quality, the price was justified.
I don't know exactly when, maybe the last 15 months or so, the form no longer relates to the size, the quality has sunk and the availability is non existent for many normal sizes.
It's a pity, but I will no longer be a LACE customer.

Only one not so great experience out of almost 100 Orders is really great :) and I'm happy with Lace
Usually all Orders are fine and the bra or Bikini is great. Just the last order was not satisfiying, because the bikini which I know because I Orderd this years ago already and I'm happy with that. This time it was not as good done and I only found out during vacation, which is why I put it in the trash as I was not able to send it back anymore. The Form was not as it was last time and made my breast looking flat instead of nicely. As I said all other Orders are all great and I'm really happy with lace. They are fast and have the right sizes for woman with more cup. Thumbs up :)
