Liars and cheats
I ordered an awning roof and they kept telling me it was out of stock. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me there was no problems with supply. They continued to lie to me for over a month. Do NOT ever buy anything from this company. They lie, they cheat, they are an absolute disgrace

You ordered 5 items on 7th January. 4 of the 5 items were delivered on 13th January. The £54.99 roof lining was delayed and on 3rd February you asked to cancel and get a refund which was done the same day. I am am sorry you have such a depth of feeling about how we have managed your order, it seems extreme

Fail to honour warranty initially
Bought a pair of Meindl GTX boots that fell apart after one trip to the Pyrenees. Sent them back and they claim they have been subject to heat and will not repair them. This is after being fobbed off in shop as fault attributed to them getting wet. After much correspondence they finally agreed to repair. Companies should learn that customer service is to help customers and not the opposite

Untrustworthy Company
Booked two crossings with MOBY from Corsica to Sardinia. Both were cancelled at short notice citing severe weather. Not true. Weather was perfect on both occasions. Refused to pay my money back claiming alll sorts of excuses. Had to get bank to refund. They lie they cheat they are totally untrustworthy. Do not use

A truly dreadful company to deal with. They renewed my policy although they were explicitly told not too. When I requested my money back they asked for the date of the call for when I cancelled it. Without this date then no refund. Avoid at all cost.
