I have lost the travellers express cheques I have the numbers and letters of some but not the letters of others. Nice lady on the phone, not the safety net I thought they were.

My lady dentist was calming, efficient and effective. From check in to X-ray, interpretation, injection, cleaning the cavity, filling and signing out the whole process was 15 minutes. Amazing. I had no time for my usual worrying. Next day and the pain has gone. It was good value too Thanks to all your staff.

Excellent friendly and helpful service

We hired a car for a few days, nice friendly staff. Shocked when a £60 parking fine is doubled to £120 due to an "administrative " fee. The pdf they sent explaining when and where we parked wrong will not open. There seems no way get more information or to redress the situation.

I cannot get a human to talk to about buying a new package verses pay as you go. I have put £30 in but cannot get help to use it. The chat bots have wasted 3 afternoons and a chat with a human was equally unhelpful.

When our rental.car broke down we were told the company could not bring us a car so they would order us a taxi back to Barcelona from Girona. They did not. We rang again, it was difficult to get an English speaking worker, we were told to get our own taxi and we would be reimbursed. We did this only then to be told only half of the 200 Euro cab fare would be reimbursed. Staff very helpful. System spoilt 2 days of our holiday.

The system seems easy to use.
Friendly staff. Even on bank holiday Monday it was easy to find staff to answer questions.
Just two negatives:
1. I didn't have any change so had to sneak past the toilet turn style at Birmingham coach station.
2. I didn't have the coin I needed to open the toilet on the coach.

My wife's sim was previously used it said welcome back John when she signed on to a gym. We quickly removed it. Hopefully no harm done.

Can't access my accounts after moving country.

Fast service for cheap second hand books a bit bent with a book mark.

I trusted Standard Chartered Hong Kong bank's advice on long term investments for 27 years bit found that when I needed to cash in these investments that the investment managers at the bank's head offices in Central Hong Kong were obstructing rather than helping. I would not recommend this bank.

Bought two angels. The whole covid thing made them late. Got them now . Lovely.

Excellent service replaced problem mouse without delay or trouble.
