Thanks to Done I'm gonna lose my job

Thanks to Done I'm gonna lose my job. Over 4 months ago now they deactivated my account with out warning, right before the laws changed to needing to see a DR in person to get a prescription. They tried claiming it was just a "chart review" and that it would take up to 15 days to be resolved. It has now been over 120 days! I keep getting emails and texts from them saying "set your appointment up now" but they still have my account deactivated. I am about to lose my job because my focus is complete crap. I was told I should seek legal counsel against them because of how negligent they are. They also gave me a huge run around before they deactivated my account too. This is by far the worst company that claims to help improves lives.

So Done deactivated my account going on…

So Done deactivated my account going on 2 weeks ago saying they were reviewing it because the pharmacy gave me 90 10mgs instead of 30 30mgs because they were out of 30mg capsules (As if that is my fault, and even though it literally makes no difference) and said it would take at most 15 days. It's been 20 days since then! I have been out of medication for over a month. I am so frustrated and sickened by the amount of neglect and unprofessionalism with this scam business. They will no longer get a dime from me.

SCAMMERS

SOOO I have been a paying patient of Done for the last couple years, and all of the sudden they told me I need to see a in person doctor for my medication. They showed me times but didn't tell me where or how I get to my appointment. I replied with the time I would like to have my appointment. They never responded so I sent another email and asked if my appointment was confirmed, nothing. Called them and left a voicemail. Nothing. So I scheduled an online appointment and messaged my care team asking them to confirm my in person appointment and told them I'm tired of being with out treatment because of their constant neglect, and a few minutes late I get a email saying my appointment was cancelled. I tried to log back in and my account was deactivated. They literally took my money for this month and did not do a damn thing. They are a complete scam and need to be investigated immediately.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

Completely unprofessional, not helpful, and will give you a complete run around! They will pretend you are a priority until they get your money, then they will completely fall off and screw you over.

Indeed is incompetent and has so sense of urgency

The company I work for uses Indeed as a way to source candidates. My employer pays for a subscription for several people including myself so we can get the best out of their services. But for some reason, my account continues to get suspended for no reason at all, completely out of the blue, and with no message telling me it has happened. Apparently, I'm supposed to receive a message saying my account has been suspended, and emailed the appeal process, but that never happens. This is the second time this has happened to my account, and we have to play the guessing game as to why my things aren't working, then investigate, then when we find out the answer we go to our rep who has his hands tied, can't do anything, and doesn't know anything. Sometimes it will be weeks or even a month before my account is back up. Meanwhile my employer is paying them for the subscription I can't use, and I'm out of work and not getting paid because Indeed is incompetent and has no sense of urgency. It's so ridiculous and unprofessional. Do you think they are going to pay me for my time out of work because of them? NO. Do you think they are going to give my employer a free subscription? NO. I don't understand how Indeed is still in business. Find a better avenue if you're thinking about using Indeed. It will save you time, money, and stress.

Hello Minnie, thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. To explain, it is normal that all accounts will be reviewed as we must verify the connection between the account creator and the company they are hiring for. We must also ensure that our quality guidelines are met. If enough information is not provided when the account is being created or we find a violation of our guidelines, then the account will go into the appeal status that you're likely now experiencing. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account to see how we can help. If you're interested, please email us at trustpilot@indeed.com.
