My car insurance was up for renewal and I had not realised that it was going to be automatically renewed. I had already arranged cover with another company.
Do you realise how difficult you make it for customers to cancel the automatic renewal?
As there is no contact phone number, I went online and your website had me going around in circles. It was very frustrating.
Perhaps you should make it abundantly clear to customers where the tick box is for NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.

I ordered a football shirt on 2nd January 2023 and it finally arrived today, 26th January. The company only contacted me when I took action on them through PayPal. They ignored emails, their voicemail on their landline was full and would not take any messages. The tracking using their own website was useless. I will never use this company again.
