brilliant onlime shopping experience

Multiple purchases have been effortless and in any case there is a challenge ( faulty product, customer case ) the resolution has been clearly communicated, fast and resolved to my benefit.

Very good product overall experience

Very good product design process. Loved the amount of interchange available to find style, budget and quality requirements.
Once purchased the communications were excellent. I was kept up to date in a nice way, no spamming. Delivery completed exactly on the day expected.
