Extremely disappointing service and communication
I ordered a ring from Glamira on 4 July, and I was told it would be delivered by 15 July. It finally arrived on 22 July, already later than the promised date.
On 4 August, I sent the ring back for resizing. Today is 7 September, and I still don’t have my ring back. That is over a month just for a resize.
I’ve tried calling their customer service, but I’ve spent around an hour waiting on the phone with nobody answering. I’ve also contacted them via WhatsApp, and for the last 4 days nobody has even bothered to reply.
Honestly, this is ridiculous. It feels like it would have been faster to make a completely new ring from scratch than to resize this one.
The delays are frustrating enough, but the complete lack of communication makes the situation even worse. I expected much better service, especially when ordering something as important as an engagement/wedding ring.
Very disappointing experience.

Shocking service and contradictory lies about a delayed present
I placed an order for a bespoke ring on the 24th of August 2026. Not only has GLAMIRA completely missed their estimated delivery window, but their customer support is actively providing contradictory information to cover up the delay.I received an email from an agent named Marie stating that my item was at a "critical stage of dispatch from the distribution centre." However, on the exact same morning, their WhatsApp live chat support completely contradicted this, explicitly stating that they are still waiting for the item to even arrive at the center and they have no delivery date.It is completely unacceptable to give customers the runaround regarding expensive jewelry meant for a special occasion. I have explicitly stated I want the item, yet they completely ignore formal requests for compensation regarding the embarrassment this delay has caused. I am giving them 24 hours to provide a valid tracking number before I initiate a formal transaction dispute with my bank. Shocking and unprofessional business practice

Delivery took a few days more than expected, but the end result was absolutely worth it. Great ring, amazing packaging - feels premium from the moment you open it.
DHL Express also came in clutch - package came internationally literally less than 1 day after it was sent for delivery

I am very happy with how the ring came out
I am very happy with how the ring came out, they did delay it a bit and I am assuming that they had some technical difficulties, but whatever it was they did it to possibly fix or remake the ring which I appreciate.
The ring did come out very nicely, it looks very good and they even followed the engraving that I requested so nicely.
The only downside I had, was getting updated on the delivery, the date it was estimated to arrive changed because of the technical difficulties, and after that I barely had any updates.
The contact support on WhatsApp were also quite slow to respond, and unfortunately whenever I did receive the box, the outer box that gets delivered was slightly damaged on the side.
Either way, the ring was safe, it came with a cute nice box for the ring that has a little light, and overall it all came out really nicely.

I bought a men's silver ring for my fiancé for our engagement, and he loved it.
The ring arrived in excellent condition, with good quality packaging and a lovely ring box including a light. It had the correct engraving on the inside of the ring. Delivery took around 3 weeks, so order well in advance of your occasion.
