Do not use this company for custom designs. They do not document conversations or agreements, they make changes to designs without telling you and proceed with work without agreement. They do not respond to concerns or emails. Due to them failing to respond for weeks, I have had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs due to them failing to meet several of their ACCC obligations and after many months of frustrations I am still without my precious rings as per the design that was agreed and paid for.

Total rubbish. Don't heat at all and a complete waste of money. Don't bother purchasing.

Edit - customer care are appalling. Refusing to issue refund and keep offering partial refunds to avoid accepting a return and refunding in full. Avoid!!

Do not sell your phone to this company!
Took far longer than promised to respond after receiving the phone. Had to follow them up. They then suggested there was significant damage to the phone which was incorrect as the phone was pristine. Clearly try to get you to accept a lower price once they have the phone otherwise they charge you to send your phone back.

Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Refused to escalate issues, tried to charge fees which were contrary to what their warranty stated and refused to escalate concerns. They have no phone number and take days to respond to queries. Parts were missing from order and item not as expected. They then refused to refund when item was returned. Refund obtained via PayPal. Do not recommend !! Most reviews are paid reviews so beware!
