Ordered a retro orange lampshade which looked absolutely amazing but unfortunately it didn’t sit right with my light fitment.Was promptly refunded and would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again, as I could not fault the delivery, return and refund arrangements. It was such a shame the shade wasn’t suitable as it was so lovely.

Next day delivery as promised and very competitive pricing. Can’t comment about customer service for potential returns or for problems.

A 3 hour window for delivery was provided the day before delivery, together with a tracking link and the delivery gentlemen rang about 30 mins before arrival. The parcels were placed where I requested and the men were courteous and polite.

Delivery was in the two hour time slot and the delivery man called when he was about half an hour away. He very thoughtfully slipped his shoes off when stepping into the house. Overall a faultless service- thank you.

Ordered an Alde in-line pump to convert my caravan as the old circulation pump had failed, whilst in use during the recent cold spell. Unfortunately received another circulation pump instead but an email to the company produced an immediate response and a new pump was despatched that day with a free return for the incorrect item. Although the incorrect item was sent, I couldn’t fault their response hence the five stars. It’s only when things go wrong that you find out how good a company really is!

I received my Yum Asia Panda a couple of months ago and had to review it as I was am so delighted with it. I spend a lot of the year living in a small space and the versatility of the Panda has been incredibly useful. I use it at least six days of the week, often twice a day. I use it for rice, cakes and slow cooking one pot curries. It’s just the right size for two and is very easy to clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I recently bought a Shimano Ultegra group set from this company and one of the brake callipers appeared to be scuffed, exposing the metal. It was only small but as it was powder coated and couldn’t easily be repaired to avoid rust, I asked for a replacement. Merlin Cycles sent me a free returns label and exchanged it sending the replacement by Special Delivery. I subsequently discovered I had made a mistake with the order (duff internet advice NOT from Merlin) and it was the wrong group set for what I wanted. I returned the whole set and was promptly refunded. I can’t rate this company highly enough and hope to be able to order other items to make up for the inconvenience to them for arranging the replacement part.

For the first part of my experience with Irwin Mitchell I would have only given them 3 stars as I wasn’t particularly impressed with their service. However once my case was transferred to Rebecca Braithwait it was a completely different matter. She was attentive to my case and explained everything very clearly. I was happy with the outcome she oversaw and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her personally.

Quick delivery especially as it was the run up to Christmas. Lovely snack - perfect for a Keto diet.

I needed a French mobile number for part of the year but didn’t want to be tied to a French contract so this company seemed ideal. SIM turned up promptly and everything worked well (although being in very rural France the signal can be a little weak at times). Since sorting calls, I recently needed to source French so went through Le French Mobile again. There was a delay this time in receiving the hardware but in view of current world events that was understandable. Received lots of help getting set up and also got further help following a recent hiccup. Customer Services have been very helpful and patient and I would recommend using this company to anyone.
