A&A is the best ISP I have ever used. Their focus on service, the user and the technology, instead of ads and marketing is obvious. This is the ISP that techies choose when they want good service and their choice is on merit and not PR. I've been using them for about a decade now and I recently upgraded to their highest speed which is great.
I got a little torch as a present for Christmas and the switch started to fail. I recorded a video and shared it with Olight. They just asked me for the serial number and sent me a replacement completely free of charge, no further questions asked, didn't ask me to return the old one or anything like that.
Delivery is always quick and when I had to do returns, they were always very gracious. I keep coming back to them to buy the sort of products they sell.
I've been a customer for about a decade, but you charging me £70 to change the lenses on my glasses is ridiculous. This is just a fine for me not buying frames there.
Mind you, I bought my frames there, but the prescription was wrong due to a health problem (that I could argue Vision Express should have caught, but that's another story).
Delivery was fast, things were well packed. I didn't order any Axminster-branded tools, but I made the mistake of requesting a catalogue this is bad for my wallet, I want one of everything.
Their Windows 10 client hijacks Window's uninstall mechanism to make itself uninstallable. When I contacted support about it, they sent me to Microsoft's page on how to deal with misbehaving programs. The Microsoft solution is quite involved and non-technical people wouldn't be able to pull it off. I could follow the instructions and it still didn't work so I'm not sure how to uninstall this.
I always wanted something like Next Door and the moment I heard it was catching up in the US I registered to be among the first to use it in the UK. Overall I'm very happy with it and they made getting neighbors onboard really easy.
My only request at the moment would be to be able to interact with neighbors by proximity instead of neighborhood border, as those are somewhat artificial, at least in most of London.

Hi J.Pablo,
Thank you for such a wonderful review. It is always great to know someone who follows and loves what Nextdoor is about and most importantly, someone whose been with us since the very start and seen just how much we've grown and expanded over the years in the UK.
We hope you'll continue enjoying our updates and new features, as well as the usual of connecting to your neighbours and sharing all things local!
Thanks for the feedback as well, I'm sure this is something we can pass onto the team, but we do know members like to connect to more than just their immediate neighbours, as it's always good to make new friends, but we understand the reasons for a request like this.
