I work for Switch Thrifty Head Office, so I know a bit about the business of car hire. I went to the Pisa branch of Galdieri rent. The staff, especially Tititisa, were amazing. We had to wait a bit, because we were early, however the weather was wonderful and the coffee was cheap and great. The car we got was not the Alfa I wanted however I got a Peugeot 3008 which was amazing, and at such a good price. I had a good laugh with all the staff and I will defiantly come back. I really cannot recommend them more.

Not a bad experience
It was great to hear from windscreen fitter before they arrived. The did a good job. However when they replaced the DBR aerial the didn't replace the stick tap correctly.

Had an issue with my payment
Had an issue with my payment. I was wondering why it had not been taken. I did not want to pay any late charges or have my credit score lowered. I was very anxious and worried. I called Payment Assist customer service and spoke to Chelsea. She was amazing and a real credit to her firm. She sorted all my worries and sorted my payments. Thank you.

I had ordered flowers for my wife.
I had ordered flowers for my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary for the 19th March at her vet's practice. However she was not going into work that day, so a week before the delivery I sent an email asking for the flowers to be delivered on 17th March to her vet's practice. I received confirmation they would arrive on 17th March. They arrived on 18th and she was not there to receive them. She was very upset. Finally the quality and the amount was not great. Sorry I really didn't want to write this but I had to.
