Only joined a week ago, but impressed with the amount of equipment available, even when it's busy there is plenty to use. The gym itself is clean and airy (although, as always in any gym, the free weights are often in disarray - but this is down to members!). Haven't used the toilet or changing facilities yet so can't comment. Occasionally the door doesn't open when scanning the QR code and it can take a while, but other than that, everything is great.

It was quite simple to upload my photos and see how they would look on different size/shape canvasses and to edit them. Canvasses were very reasonably priced and don't take long to be received (around a week). Images look great on canvas - better than expected, really impressed. I have already used this company several times and they will continue to be my go to.

This was my first experience of using a locker and I wasn't really sure what I was doing, but it was all very easy and self explanatory.

Easy to order and delivery was quick. Leggings are great quality and as described.

Great product. Great for when camping. I have recommended this to friends. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The container isn't big and it sits neatly near the toilet, ready for use. One squirt is enough to freshen up and each refill lasts us around 3 months (2 adults). Much better than 'flushable' wipes.

Found the item I wanted easily on the app. Ordering process was quick and easy. Received my order 5 days after ordering (including a weekend) which I'm happy with as delivery was free. Well packaged and my dress, as always, is beautiful.

Unfortunately the product we ordered was damaged. Website states that the quickest way to get a response is to use the email form, which I did. I received a response stating I would be contacted within 4 working days. This did not happen so I emailed again and still received no response. Eventually I phoned and a replacement was ordered (received the following day) as well as a collection for the faulty item. Unfortunately the replacement was badly damaged, so again I phoned. Both faulty items were picked up by courier on 16.1.23. It has taken 11 days to receive notification of the refund. I can't fault the customer service staff I spoke to, they dealt with my issues promptly. I just feel the refund process should be quicker and that emails should be dealt with.

Very impressed with how quickly orders are despatched and received. I ordered some items yesterday (a Saturday), chose the free 3-4 day delivery option and it arrived today (Sunday). This is not the first time either. Excellent job Superdrug.

Website was easy to navigate. I was happy with the details about each product as well as the reviews. The coat I bought had a great discount and arrived swiftly; I was kept up to date with despatch and delivery information. Really pleased with my purchase, it's lovely quality.

Firstly it was very easy to make a suitable appointment online. On arrival I was greeted at the door and immediately taken to confirm my details and then have the preliminary tests. A short wait later and I was seen by a very friendly opthalmologist who carried out my eye test. When it came to choosing new frames I was able to try on as many as I liked. Those I rejected I placed in a basket for cleaning. All options and prices were discussed and my new glasses were ordered. I am very happy with my new glasses and my polarising sunglasses (which are brilliant for driving). I have been using Specsavers for a good few years now and will do so in the future.

I wanted to send some flowers to my brother and his wife on the birth of their son. Found a very reasonable bouquet which came with chocolates and I also ordered a teddy bear which was also a very good price. They were delivered quickly and well received.

I found Popsy in August 2020 when looking for dresses for work. I absolutely love the quirky prints, different styles and pockets. But most of all, I love how they make me feel about myself. Customer service is excellent and there are new dresses released each week. The dresses are flattering and wash well, dry quickly and don't need ironing. Oh and did I mention the pockets? Plus they will alter length. Brilliant ❤️
