Returns...still waiting for a reply after
nearly 2 weeks ....not a good customer service picture for on line orders...so please be careful when ordering on line and returning the items.
Live chat line gave instructions to go into my account..there's nothing on the account to even say that I have ordered the products so I could return the items..
Unless I have ordered in a another way which I am not aware of! I have sent an email on the support line to complaints ...let's see what goes in next ...with all the time and effort it has taken think if I knew eailer I would not have bothered...!
