The customer service is very good, but I just really wish I could speak to somebody rather than using the chat. Getting to the chat is also a problem - I followed the instructions on the website for the 'Thinking of leaving us' option, and kept getting taken around in circles, before eventually being forced to fill in lots of mandatory fields. This could be made a lot simpler.
