I cannot praise the Robert Dyas branch in Loughton, Essex highly enough. There is so much choice, with excellent prices and the shop is very well laid out, however, the best thing about the store is the staff - so helpful and really exceptional - well done guys!!

Great scissors

Never used a service like this before but a friend recommended this shop so I collected my broken jewellery and odd earrings that have sat around gathering dust and I was amazed at the price I was offered. Vilma, who looked after me, was amazing explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure, very highly recommend!!

Impecable service, including their after sales service! We have bought two wheelchairs from them, they have a large range and very lightweight, folding electric wheelchairs they are super easy to collapse and lift into the boot of a car. They are also highly affordable - can't recommend this company highly enough.

Easy selection, easy payment

Having two wheelchair users in our family for over 25 years, we have a vast experience of equipment suppliers but no company has ever come close to the service we received from MobilityPlus.
Our experience started with Maddy who answered our call, we briefly explained our problem and rather than going through the 'tick-list' of questions; she understood the issues and put us in contact with Tom, the engineer, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and went over and above to help our son who, without his wheelchair cannot get to work. Amazing service
