Its a good product, of course its hard with vitamins to tell if it makes a real difference but it always arrives on time, the dog likes them and customer service is good. The only complain is that 110 snacks is a really weird amount, 120 would make much more sense.

The only reason I persisted with my booking through them was because I had a gift voucher from a friend. Stay faaaaaaar away from this garbage company. They advertise rates and then as soon as you click through to book, they change with absolutely no explanation or reason. And the rates are all different depending on whether you use the app or website. It was almost impossible to use my gift voucher and took about 12 tries on different screens to get it done.... and then you can only use the voucher for SOME big name hotels. I'm so grateful to my friend for the thoughtful gift but would advise others NOT to do so through this company, in ANY country.

AVOID. I promise you you will never see your order from this company, they are scammers. Ordered in November, absolutely no communication afterwards. I got one reply to an Instagram message and since then nothing and nothing happened. They turn off commenting on Insta because people are asking for their money back and where is there order on all their posts....instead of deleting stuff, just answer your customers and send the products!!!!!!
