Getting a solar panel system is a big decision and a lot of research is needed given the potential outlay on cash. I looked at many installers and narrowed it to 5 for review / quote. It's a very competitive market and for me the best bang for the buck was Mitros.
From the outset, Paul Hosford was a great help and very attentive and I'd often get responses to queries out of hours. The quotation process and pre-install process was made simple by Paul and the team
After agreeing to engage Mitros I was delighted to have the install team at my door a week later and the electrician was excellent, explained everything well and was very professional. The install were a class act, very friendly, very competent and most importantly they left the job spotless. A small thing but a big impression. The system is only installed so can't comment on after sales support [hopefully not needed] but in terms of end to end quote to installation, great experience with Mitros

The staff were friendly with no "shadowing" while we were browsing. When we were ready, they were very helpful with information on alternatives, payment options, extended warranty and so forth. Liam was very good at what he does.

Does exactly as it says on the tin

Made at least 5 or 6 orders with O'Briens to date, always spot on, in good time and if you watch out of the various sales there's good value to be had

Great service, very helpful. Using the box a week now, no issues... does exactly what it says on the tin!
