very bad customer support
the worst customer service. Scammers,they owe me 90 euro on refund for over 3 months, and they just send my question from one department to another, now they said they cant help me anymore

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, they do not help, they just keep forwarding message to yet another department, they made mistake and refunded my money to Paypal account which i never had???which i also informed them about. 2 months i still haven't get a refund, also no answer, only that my message was forwarded to xxx department this time

The worst customer service i ever…
The worst customer service i ever experienced. I'm waiting for the refund for over a month and they keep forwarding my question about it all the time between some departments. The answer is always that they are waiting for responsible department to look at it. They said they returned my money to PayPal account, however I never had or used PayPal. I paid wit multi banco. I explained that more than 10 times and still if I ask question they keep saying they refund to PayPal. It's the worst customer service ever. I still want my money back and to my own account.
