A very disappointing experience from Wayfair. We bought a light fixture from them, after installation we cearly realised that this Chinese imported product doesn't comply with the Northern America health and safety standard. I raised it to Wayfair and they expected us to pay for the return shipment cost for the return.

Hello Shahin,
We are very sorry to hear that your item did not meet your expectations and we want to clarify that all of our items are manufactured to comply with all government health and safety laws. We absolutely want to help you with any problems you have and assist you in setting up a return if that is your wish.
We will be reaching out to you directly via email regarding this order and having a representative work with you.
In the Regus located in Markham, Canada they have charged $5.75 per square foot for the occupied space to perform cleaning and restoration! How does it make sense that an office space that is selling a fully managed office space is charging a customer cleaning/restoration fees for 1 Month of stay at the office location.

Hello Shahin, I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you. Please don't hesitate to log into your online account (myregus.com) to check your service agreement and review our FAQs. Regards, Lorraine Brule Global Customer Service at Regus
I’d like to add to my ongoing complaint (ref: Redacted) by sharing what has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Today, I spoke with a representative named Fiona from the Transfers team regarding a pension transfer from LifeSight to Fidelity that has been pending for over three months with no clear explanation. Rather than providing support or any helpful information, Fiona spoke to me in a condescending tone, was evasive when I asked for updates, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue.
When I pointed out that her approach to customer service was unprofessional and frankly, disastrous, she responded with a sarcastic “thank you” and hung up the phone.
I’ve already been extremely disappointed with Fidelity’s handling of this pension transfer, but this interaction has left me shocked. The lack of transparency, ownership, and basic courtesy is staggering.
If this is what Fidelity considers "customer service," then I truly question how they handle people’s investments.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and for providing detailed feedback regarding your recent interaction with Fiona from our Transfers team. We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
Firstly, we apologise for the delay in your pension transfer from LifeSight to Fidelity, and for the lack of clear communication on our part. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding your interaction with Fiona, we are very concerned to hear about the condescending tone and lack of professionalism you experienced. Hanging up the phone on a customer is completely unacceptable, and we assure you that this will be thoroughly investigated. Your feedback will be used to address the behaviour and to ensure that all our representatives provide courteous and effective support.
We can see that you have provided the Reference Number already, let us raise this with the dedicated team and someone from the team will reach out to you shortly. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
PBM has been steadily declining over the past two years. I am utterly frustrated with the need to constantly escalate issues to their management, only to be met with a complete lack of ownership. Recently, their staff turnover has been alarming, leaving us repeatedly explaining the same issues to new team members. It’s an absolute joke of a management company.
Over the past few days I had the worst experience of my life trying to buy an additional line on my Vodafone account.
I bought my line online and asked for porting my number from another network. I never received the eSim on email. I got in touch with Vodafone support via Tobi and the customer rep said you will receive it by end of the day. But I didn't receive receive it. Today I tried to connect with customer support via Tobi and I was shocked by the quality of service.
I asked for escalation and complaint, the customer rep was resisting offering £10 as compensation. I continued to insist.
To summarise, my issue is still unresolved. The quality of support is horrendous and offshoring support has surgically removed any sense of accountability, quality or ownership from Vodafone.
It's a shocking experience. I will cancel both me and my wife's accounts and move my network to a competitor.
My trust is completely broken!

I love this company! They've changed the conventional ways the legacy energy companies used to work with their customers and they are packed full of Technology and data-driven processes, which I love.
Don't trust the price and the terms and conditions that yoh have negotiated with this club at the beginning of your membership. 1. They changed my price mid-term unannounced! 2. They haven't honoured their original terms as I agreed to have access to all the UK clubs and they have recently introduced a Diamond and Platinum scheme which restricts access to the club. 3. Simon, who is the Heston club manager is unresponsive as I have contacted a few times without any response. 4. Their renovation at Heston club has had no decent planning behind it. They have impacted everyone with poor quality of management. The overcrowding of the changing rooms has caused all sorts of health and safety issues.
This is unacceptable, I am taking legal advice for taking them to court and put this to justice. They think they can get away, they don't know what some of us are capable of! Wait and see. Just cancelling my membership is not enough.

Hi Shahin, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear about your experience, and have requested that the Club Management team at your club contact you to discuss.
This club is absolutely ridiculous. In David Lloyds Heston in London. They have basically started renovation work, disrupted the changing roomm, swimming, pool, gym and every reason why members pay them their hefty monthly fees. Not only no one is accountable but they have randomly started taking a higher fee from my bank without any prior arrangement! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Paying £100 a month for a club that has basically decided to stop delivering all the services why we pay them a fee.

How on earth does UK Home Office get in contract with the most useless, hopeless couriers on the planet!! My Application costed me nearly £2800!! So there was plenty of money to hire a decent courier.
Been waiting for my BRP for 10 days, lost a flight. They keep on changing delivery dates with no Text Messages, Email or phone call. Ridiculous service. Even my Amazon driver lets me know about a delivery 24 hours in advance.
Everyday, they expect you to sit at home 8am-8Pm!! for the freaking useless drivers to get your document.
TNT must be taken to court to compensate, enough is enough. I will complain to Home Office.
They've been great throughout our re-morgage process. Very communicative, Responsive and fully on top of everything. I would go back to them in the future if I need a re-morgage. Special Thanks to Louise for all her help throughout the process.
They asked me for Order Number to look into this. Here it is: Order ID: WA7606140.
Not sure what looking into this means as I can't fix how disappointed my wife was when she saw the flowers!
Similar to all thr other reviewers, I got my wife a 50 rose bouquet from this company and I am regretting it.
What was delivered didn't look at all like the pictures. The roses were mostly dead already. There was absolutely no premium quality.
I used to get my roses from Tesco or Morrison and I always got value for my money. What mistake it was going with eFlorist!!
They have unprofessionally cut beautiful long-stem roses to a size that is ridiculous. The orientation of the cuts clearly tell me the person who did this didn't know a thing about flowers! Unskilled and run a business.

Hello,
Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear this.
Unfortunately you have not provided an order number, as such we cannot locate your order and look into this. Please can you provide this at your earliest opportunity and we can look into this for you.
I ordered this expensive charging Unit due to reliability of the unit!
I have had occasional RCD Type A tripping on it. I have gone through hell trying to get a replacement unit.
Major customer service issues and inefficiencies that has given me a major headache.
The person who sent the replacement unit has put the wrong address on the parcel and it took me 1.5 hours this morning chasing this up.
I am considering returning the charger and getting a refund with the level of headache that I have gone through.
