Gigacube was useless.. No better than my copper line which it was to replace..
Was in a good 4G area but no more than 4mb!!!!!

I have previously given 1 star and poor…

I have previously given 1 star and poor review on Octopus a few months ago...
But to be fair,now they have sorted out the issues, they have come good and given v good service and product in the solar readings and meter readings as well as the Smart charging on the EV..
So have to be fair and give them a 5star rating now
They do seem to want to rectify issues rather than ignore them..

totally unsuitable packaging for a worktop !!

ordered a kitchen worktop for home delivery...
It arrived quickly next day...but was in a cardboard box with little/no edge protection or end/corner protection..Box was visibily damaged on edges and corners
Hence when opened the entire edge on one end was damaged/chipped,so totally useless as the size was the exact size needed for the kitchen units :(..

Lesson learnt -Dont buy a worktop from screwfix..
Now off to B&Q which is where i should have gone to start with

Their online customer service is not…

Their online customer service is not good.. Dont reply quickly to questions /emails.
I returned glasses for refund and nearly two weeks later no confirmation or refund??
Won't be using them again 🤔
Should have gone to specsavers!!??

A1 service from Flowtech.

A1 service from Flowtech.they came out to my boiler fault straight away and it took several visits to finally find the issue by process of elimination( and they didnt chrarge per visit )...once issue/fault was found they got the part and fitted next day.

Would reccomend to anyone who want a trustworthy and reliable boiler service/repair

Octopus have got to be the world's…

Octopus have got to be the world's worst power company.. Should be zero stars.
They just can't seem to organise correct billing on electric and solar.. They just took my account credit of £250 to a debit of £48 in 1 day taking 3 amounts out with no explanation notification or even a bill... My solar alone is giving me credit each month but they can't sort out the solar reading,!!!!
Don't use them for power or solar they are useless

Wallpaper sent by courier

Wallpaper sent by courier - online order.. 1 roll was cut/slashed in several places along the roll.. We opened box at the end without cutting so wasn't caused by us!! Lost at least 1/2 roll.
Left feedback and photo but no response

This review is for MK DISCOUNT who seem to be a partner/sister/agent for VidaXL in the uk and sell their products.
They are Useless..they DO NOT REPLY/RESPOND OR ACKNOWLEDGE ANY EMAILS...YOU CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THEM..
So if you have a complaint/faulty product/damaged/wrong Item etc you will have to write your money off as you WILL NOT get it Back.
They are Crooks,read their feedback its over 63% 1 Star !!!!...EVERYONE says the same story -NO REPLY-
VidaXL will reply to this review and say contact MKDiscount !!!...BUT YOU CANT ?????..
