I sent flowers to my sister from Australia. I was a bit concerned with it not being local that they would not understand the address. They got there though and she was very happy.

If I could give a zero I would. I paid this company to register my business in 2018 and they didn't do it. I found out my name was registered by someone else 2 months ago and I contacted them They claim to have emailed me for my TFN. One email. Never contacted me again but took my money.

I bought a charging station for my phone. I plugged it in and it melted, burning a hole in my countertop. I was given my money back and told I could keep the item!!!!! They refused to compensate me for my damaged work top, telling me its not their problem.
also bought what was advertised as a human hair wig for 35 dollars au.
When I received it, it was 2 pieces of hair about an inch wide.
I returned them and I was given "credit". Not a refund. To return it cost me over 19 dollars. bloody rip off.
