Terrible
Terrible, third year ordering a digital card and it's getting harder! I cancelled and bought a competitor. I also agree with other reviewers on the poor user friendliness of the card.

Review of CleverCards
Joyful order process but handling charge a bit high
I was a bit sceptical about getting this digital card because I tried to buy one from a competitor who went out of their way to make the process torturous. I eventually had to cancel the order after they wanted me to upload documents proving my shoe size.
Ordered the CleverCard, simple verification process and setup. Only complaint is the handling charge is high but I nearly forgive them for an excellent pprocess.

Very courteous and knowlegable chat representative but he had no flexibility from Harvey Norman on pick up from store to avoid unwanted delivery charges as the item wasn't in stock in Carrickmines
