I purchased the camel wrap coat in camel colour.
Unfortunately, after wearing the coat for only approximately 3 hours on one occasion, the sleeves and chest area have become covered in excessive lint/pilling. The deterioration is significant and has made the coat look excessively worn, unattractive and not suitable to wear.
I believe the item is defective and not of acceptable quality, particularly given that it deteriorated so badly after just one short wear. Not worth the price! Customer service is poor and quality of clothing not great

I bought 2 dresses for a special occasion, Initially, I received an email indicating that the dresses would be shipped separately. However, I was frustrated by the lack of clarity and was hoping they would be delivered together. Upon receiving the first dress, I found that it did not fit according to the size chart provided so I returned it.

Days later, I inquired about the second dress and was informed that it had been delivered with the first one. This is contrary to my experience, as my camera footage & photos of package confirms that the second dress was not included in the parcel I received. I also received a email stating the delivery of the second dress was a error from their end but did nothing to rectify and turned nasty.

Additionally, my interactions with customer service have been disappointing, contributing to my overall frustration. I believed I could trust this company as it was under Myer, but this experience has left me feeling misled.

Now a complaint to my bank, fair trading and ACCC is on the way. Please careful ppl

Customer service is terrible and delayed to prioritise and take action on issues from their end.
As a first-time customer, I had anticipated a seamless and positive experience; however, I was met with significant issues that have compelled me to reconsider ever buying from this company. A week later no items received!
Unprofessional had no idea I placed an order what a mess.
If you need an item urgent like myself did dont rely on them.
As a result, I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter to my bank and PayPal for resolution. It is disappointing that my initial interaction with your company has led to such an unfavorable outcome.

Staff was professional however I was shocked when I was told as a new customer I can’t make a claim until 90 days but would be charged for policy immediately how the hell does that make sense and what’s the point of being insured? Youi use to be good not anymore!

Absolutely disgusting customer service no reply still waiting for my delivery and part delivery said delivered but no one was home how do you leave a tv with out anyone being home? If I do not get a reply by Friday I will be taking legal action.

AVOID they are located in China and mislead customers on their website to believe they are in Australia. They use same photo for clothing and their quality is absolutely disgusting cheap and horrible. They are not based in ACT

I am disappointed to discover that scammers are being allowed to sell items on your platform, which I believe is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant distress, and I feel that catch.com is not adequately safeguarding its customers.

SCAM absolute scam bags 😡 it states on their website they are a boutique in Gold Coast closing down Beaumont clothing goldcoast your a scam the payee is Romeo E-commerce it states made in Australia but they use 17Track if your lucky to receive your item 17Track is a China courier!
I paid for my items 6 days ago and I haven’t received anything no reply. Website states 3-5 days delivery.

Guys beware!!! This company is under investigation keep an eye on your bank details and returns is a nightmare they deny receiving items and then it gets ugly fighting with the bank and PayPal

Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic my meal took 60 minutes to arrive, customer care lied to me saying the driver was at the restaurant waiting for my meal however store manager advised my meal already left 40 Minutes ago. I literally live 2 streets away couldn’t leave due to my sick child however was forced after the state of my meal and how cold.driver then said he was coming from far and stuck in traffic. Why take the job it’s all about competition and playing with ones food disgusting! First time and last time.
