They matched an offer I had, again, and fitted, balanced and alignment of 4 new Kumo Pro Trans tyres for the price of 3. My old tyres were exactly the same as was the offer, I got around 75,000km with them so why change, they were also supplied and fitted by My Car Gorokan as have been all my tyres on my BT50 which has 295,000km. Everything and anything to do with my car has always been done and supplied by My Car Gorokan. Service is always good as are the staff and their knowledge so why go anywhere else. Servicing is very efficient and effective find any and all issues you need to know for your car to perform well and safely. I have been a regular for over 15 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Mazda BT50 with nearly 300,000 kilometres on the clock the still running like new thanks to Mycar and their professional staff and service. When contacting Telstra with any problem is chaotic. Every Asian customer service employee at there overseas call centre give misleading and constantly wrong information. I have never had an issue resolved by these call centres. They rarely understand the issues and are trained parrot fashion and there only job is to meet KPI’s no matter how, which includes hanging up on You and leaving you on hold for an excessive time until you hang up in disgust. One positive thing is when your issue is finally dealt with by an Australian consultant everything is resolved because they understand and know how to resolve effectively. I am currently waiting on a response from a Rewards Program purchase and have been told many conflicting things and even accused of lying (when they changs their responses. Hate the program scam like everything else, they send you offers (just for you) I took their offer of some Plantronics earphones only to find out that they were for athletes like swimmers and joggers to let noise in. I’m a disabled pensioner and wanted them for when mowing my lawn etc, but they let all the noise in and you can’t hear any music. Bought a $5 set from Kmart and they work great, their earphones not something that lets noise in which seems contradictory to the purpose of earphones. People should buy a radio. Not happy and can’t message Telstra my concerns as the message centre in their 24/7 app won’t send it. Another humiliating part of Telstra the app is useless when wanting support that they promote but do not provide. Hate them!!!!

Great informative staff who disseminate all appropriate information I needed for my consultation. Fast efficient was not enough words to say. I am a male who had my ears done, 10 seconds the young lady said, in less than that no pain no fuss all done. I could not recommend them enough, all my reservations and more- gone. Ye haaaaaa!!!
