I had my car recently serviced at Mycar Tyre and Auto Cannon Hill, the service I received was fantastic and honest. I will definitely be going back to them for future work needed on my car.

Have used My Car DTC for years now, they do not overcharge, do not try to upsell services, are efficient and car is ready on time. Staff are amazing and explain everything. As a female I have never felt like I was being spoken down to or ripped off or taken advantage of which many places unfortunately still do.

I had a tyre emergency at peak times, mycar in strathpine were the friendliest and most helpful, thank you. Logan helped from the very beginning, from phone call, fitting me in immediately, being thourough and also so great with explanations. Thank you so much! I couldn't be more appreciative!

Very poor service. Put in my car to fix the steering wheel problem, and possible battery/alternator issue, and got my car back in about a month, yes a month. They fixed the steering issue but other problems came up, long story short. Apparently they cant even check fluid levels (basic starting diagnosis), care about the battery going flat (because it wasnt driven for about a month...) or that the car is in a presentable condition when handing back to the customer. It was covered in bird droppings, which I asked to clean up and that they couldnt even do properly.

Stay away from MyCar Ashfield. Im not sure if some of the positive reviews are fake, from friends or really minor fixable issues because the combined bad reviews dont add up. In what world is this kind of service acceptable? I dont care that they gave me free oil...Again stay away from MyCar Ashfield. Drummoyne seems to be ok though

We had flat tyre they fixed it quickly with no fuss, got us out of trouble . Thank you great staff and service

Sent vehilcle in for an engine oil leak repair which was done but came back with massive transfer case leak that was not there before. Refused to take any responsibility. Very poor

The Wodonga guys offer fantastic service & quality workmanship. They sorted out my 12 slot wheel promptly.
Don’t waste time trying other shops in Wodonga, the Mycar team is the place to go too.

I highly recommend Brady at My Car Templestowe! I expected to buy a new tyre, but he honestly repairs it, saved me $159, worked for 30 minutes, and charged me absolutely nothing.
He is incredibly kind, honest, and also has the most exquisite, natural eyebrows i have ever seen. Hands down Perfect!
He went above and beyond and has earned a Customer for life.

Called in at lunch time to get some help with a fuel line clip that I was struggling to put back on one of the guys came out in the rain and had the clip on in five minutes I offered to pay but he said no charge I’m very grateful for his service

I had an extremely concerning and unacceptable experience today involving the Store Manager from mycar Tyre & Auto Helensvale.

We were not customers of mycar Tyre & Auto and were in the car park outside the store. After returning to our vehicle, the Store Manager from mycar Tyre & Auto Helensvale came after us over a shopping trolley that I had not placed into the trolley bay because the bay was already completely full.

We were already inside our vehicle when the Store Manager chased us down, yelling and shouting at us in an aggressive and confrontational manner.

This occurred in a busy public car park directly outside mycar Tyre & Auto Helensvale, with families, mothers and children nearby. The Store Manager was wearing a clearly visible mycar Tyre & Auto branded shirt and was readily identifiable as representing the company while this was taking place.

Regardless of anyone’s view about where a shopping trolley should be left when the trolley bay is already completely full, the response was completely disproportionate. Being chased down to our vehicle and yelled and shouted at by a Store Manager in a public place was, in my view, verbally abusive, aggressive and entirely unacceptable.

What concerns me even further is that we were not customers of mycar Tyre & Auto raising a complaint or disputing work carried out by the store. If this is how the Store Manager from mycar Tyre & Auto Helensvale is prepared to address a member of the public outside the store over something as minor as a trolley, it raises serious concerns for me about how a genuine customer complaint or dispute might be handled.

A Store Manager should be setting the standard for professionalism, restraint and respectful behaviour, particularly while wearing the company’s uniform and publicly representing the mycar Tyre & Auto brand.

A formal complaint regarding this incident and the conduct of the Store Manager has now been submitted to mycar Tyre & Auto Head Office.

Given the nature of the incident, the aggressive yelling and shouting, and the fact that it occurred in a public place after we had already returned to our vehicle, I will personally be taking the matter further.

I am posting this review because I believe what occurred today needs to be formally documented, properly investigated and addressed by mycar Tyre & Auto.

Gavin and his team in Toowoomba provide excellent service, on our new car and keeping our 23 year old car on the road. The are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile.

I had a car service and a new tyre. The communication and service was great and good value. The time quoted to be picked up was spot on and I’m very pleased with the results. I will be going back to get some maintenance work done to fix the oil leek they found. Thanks guys and Khobi thanks for being so patient and explaining everything to me. Great job 👍😊

Great staff and great service highly recommend

Been going to mycar Tyre & Auto Harbord for many years. The service is excellent, fast and efficient, I usually know before how much it will cost. The manager and staff very friendly and obliging.

Helpfull staff with my issues and even offered ideas to help start another project.

Car fitted with new tyre immediately. Was able to wait.

I don't have a new expensive car, my car is over 20 years old but this workshop is awesome, I have been going there for years because they are car enthusiasts themselves, top mechanics and always, I mean always treat me fairly, which is good because Im a disability pensioner and they always do better work then anyone around.

The help provided by the Mobile Tyre Service was excellent. The Mechanic was friendly, efficient and very patient. I would highly recommend this service.
