Generally dependable
The service has really improved over the last few months. Packages are generally delivered on time and by the date given.Sometimes this can be dependent on the driver.I think some drivers achieve this better than others.

Really difficult to deal with
Really difficult to contact except by live chat were you are given one line answers. no help. no guidance. Brilliant if all goes well but if you experience any technical difficulties or need to ask a question and trying to upload documents . forget it. One big headache from start to finish.

Quick online service
It's quick and easy to renew or open a policy online but if you need to ask a question or to clarify something it's very hard to get through to talk to someone and you can feel a little bit in the dark with nowhere to go except what's displayed online

If you wish to speak to an advisor via phone you can do so by requesting a call back from our website or by calling the number provided and leaving your contact details.
