I went to renew my car insurance last…
I went to renew my car insurance last Monday but earlier l was talking to one of your staff on the chat line about my car insurance as it had gone up since last year and I had a quote got for 389 euro from another insurance company so I asked was there anything they could do to improve on their quote so I got a new quote for 455.35 euro so I when I went home I went on line and started to complete my Insurance with yourselves and when I went to pay at the end the figure I paid was 493.93 so I paid it thinking that the error might be corrected and maybe I would be refunded the amount of what I was quoted and what I Paid

Difficult to understand clarification on bonus protection. Still a bit confused at end of call as to if claim is fully covered without losing full no claim bonus.
