Customer service absolutely shocking, cannot get through to a person. I need to do something which cannot be done online and going around in circles

Bella has had tractive since she was a pup although she doesn't wander it gives me peace of mind. I also get health updates including broken sleep pattern or excessive barking. I also enjoy tracking her pawsteps.

Ordered my parka over the weekend and it was with me on Tuesday. Brilliant fit with 2 inside pockets and zip and fastener on the outside. Free gift of a small money purse which can be terthered to the side pocket via a loop.

Efficient service, spot on time

I love the poke bowls from itsu, it is always fresh and the portions are larger than other similar products. Their customer service team is outstanding. I forgot to scan my loyalty card and was advised to contact customer services to have my butterflies added on. They responded within 3 days with profuse apologies for the delay and extra butterflies. Given the error was mine and not theirs I was extremely impressed.

I love this app as I’m really competitive and it pushes me to record out walks. I have a springer spaniel so there’s no such thing as too many walks. The vouchers are a real bonus and I’ve used them for multiple providers

Whittles Bakery are just absolutely exceptional when it comes to TGTG. From the quality and amount of food to the staff who are extremely welcoming. Every bag I've had has been amazing. Its no surprise any bags are gone in minutes.

Absolutely recommended from the initial enquiry there was no obligation to purchase. There was a choice of locks which was an issue with other providers and the door itself completely exceeded my expectations. The fitters were efficient and tidy.

Absolutely delicious cakes from Lola’s, four cakes per box for less than a third of the price. I love too good to go as I purchase treats from places I wouldn’t usually shop. Excellent value for money and from my experience good quality.

I had an issue with my purchase and was being passed from pillar to post by the retailer. Within 24 hours of contacting V12 I had a resolution. They are excellent at following up and confirming actions in writing.

Absolutely fantastic from the survey through to installation. This was a more complicated job as the old boiler was downstairs on the floor with a tank upstairs. The surveyor and installer were also so respectful as the householder is a pensioner and was concerned about the disruption. Cannot recommend highly enough.

once I got to grip with the app everything was so straightforward. My car was listed at that evening's auction and I had a price above the reserve which I accepted. It took about a week to be collected due to availability and they do a thorough check. I had my money in about 15 mins.

The cleaning charges an absolute rip off.

I have used this service previously and was very happy apart from the fact that I never knew when my collection would happen. This time the work over ran and the collection was the morning immediately after the hire ended. The terms specified a cleaning charge if the item was not clean which was fine but there was no details on charges what I did not expect was a week's hire and no notice it would be taken from my card.

Fantastic service and a brilliant product. It is so easy to maintain and is suitable for everywhere including the kitchen. The service from order to fitting has been exceptional and I would recommend without hesitation.

Had a puncture last Sunday, my local branch was closed and another national company told me I needed a new tyre on a second tyre which fortunately was covered under warranty. Ordered the new tyre and was delighted when I collected my car that it only needed a repair. Thank you for being so honest.

Excellent service from Nora following my earlier complaint. She contacted me after seeing my review, took the initiative to test a replacement tracker, and had it sent to me by return.

Had the previous version with little or no issues but unfortunately it failed a month or so ago. On the second replacement of the new model, the first one cut out after days. Won’t turn on again. Absolute nightmare. Really not happy

Brilliant service, the drivers were absolutely excellent. Called me 30 mins before to say he was on his way. The pipe for my washing machine was on an extension and I was afraid they would not be able to install it.

It was all sorted in a short period of time and a very tidy job.

Absolutely brilliant, Callum is a dream to work with. From the initial brief he engages with all the stakeholders and pulls together a tour without you even realising. He's an absolute perfectionist and always thinks ahead and checks advises what should be removed or hidden. He is extremely flexible and works at weekends if required. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
