First of all, the service is always amazing. However this time, I secretly hoped that while having the car, the team might take pity on me and give it a vacuuming and they did! I came to a fixed and clean car and it made my day. Not to mention they're always so speedy! I've never had to wait more that 20min for a small thing, or a day when there's something bigger to sort out. Super happy with Hedin Haarlem!

Terrible service, Cool Blue deleted our delivery and installation of a washing machine for no reason, informed us wrongly about the issue being resolved and scheduled a delivery for a later date, then never delivered. When we called about it they said the issue was actually not resolved and once they finally fixed it they were completely unwilling to at least adjust the delivery time as we couldn't take another day off from work to accept the delivery and installation. Instead they offered a 10 euro voucher and absolutely no way to escalate the issue to a manager or someone else who could possibly provide a different solution. They are completely unwilling to compensate after making a mistake repeatedly, but what they did offer is that we could pay them even more for a delivery and then we could adjust the time. Insulting. Their attitude is "Deal with it" and as a consumer you are powerless to speak to anyone of significance.
