Cancelled tour of Golden Triangle in…
Cancelled tour of Golden Triangle in India less than 3 months prior to tour starting. Had eVisa and flights booked, but cancelled due to lack of interest. If I cancelled today, I would get little or no refund, but they aren't obligated to run the tour if they don't feel like it. Completely unfair.

I already booked several times with Gate1. This time my flight was delayed. There Serviceclaim partner picked it up. A lot of work to fill in all documents while you actually want to enjoy your holiday. But at the end it paid of. Great work guys
