Grandsons visit to Santa Ashford not a great experience Santa didn’t interact well and decorations not the best! The worst bit was the present which was a very hard jigsaw even for my husband which was supposed to be for my 6 year old

Absolutely disgusted ordered my first box to be delivered yesterday needless to say did not turn up! Despite numerous calls and emails and a promise a customer support person would get back to me never happened until I sent another email at 19:00 when informed I wouldn’t be getting my box hence no tea for us! I had to send more emails to find out if we would be getting another box then told the next day wouldn’t receive until 30 October really not good enough!
Well despite message below Nikita never responded but Paul did with no offer of recompense! Well done Gousto truly rubbish customer service

Absolute scandalous my train was cancelled in July not due to the strike I sent my tickets back still not received my refund despite numerous phone calls which has cost me a fortune! Even though they keep stating it will be refunded within 48 hrs
