My package was supposed to be delivered on 21 July, but it is still showing as in transit. I placed the order on 9 July, and this delay is very disappointing.

I have already contacted your customer support by email and Facebook Messenger, but I haven’t received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable!

Also, where can I find my tracking number? I can’t find it anywhere in my order confirmation or other emails.
