Although the delivery guys were polite and helpful they said that they were unaware that I had paid for installation even though I had spoken to the company the night before.

My fridge doors required removal before it could fit in my house - literally a five minute job as I had already removed my old fridge doors and it is exactly the same procedure.

They assisted me with the removal and replacement of the new fridge doors and the "installation" consisted of me plugging it in.

The fridge was specified as having an ice tray. At this price point it should definitely have an ice tray as most freezers and certainly much cheaper ones do just like my previous Samsung SR-L629EV did. I would rather have this in a fridge freezer rather than it having internet connectivity.

It's a big imposing and impressive looking fridge however my previous fridge was supposed to have less internal space but the freezer drawers were bigger and easier to load.

Missing items, ordered six radiators only five delivered. The driver told the company that the "missing radiator" was on another vehicle,I kept getting messages that Panther and that I would have a new delivery date for the "missing" radiator shortly.

After nearly a week I contacted the radiator company directly who informed me that they had given Panther six radiators but only five had been scanned - they had managed to "lose" a six foot radiator!
