Wonderfully quick delivery as always. These trousers are very HEAVY! They are a recycled fabric and, although soft they do not feel at all natural. The shape of these Westbournes is very unflattering unless you are a size 8 with very long legs, I suspect. They are huge and make the wearer look huge too. My husband could not stop laughing. Neither could I. Please bring back Richmonds, Johnny Boden! I have bought 10 pairs over the years. Flattering, well cut, great fabric. Westbournes are on their way back.

Prompt delivery, well wrapped item, Unfortunately has to be returned as the coat is unbelievably itchy, scratchy wool. I had hoped it would be soft. I have had a problem returning it as the barcode on the enclosed Returns label cannot be read by either the Post Office or Every, the delivery company. I spent a fruitless 15 minutes talking to someone in customer service who eventually promised to email me a new one. It did not arrive. I then emailed Customer Service who promptly sent me an emailed return label but it was not attached! Have since requested a replacement twice but to no avail. I do not have time for this in a busy working day. Please please House of Briar, sort this out.

Knowledgable staff in shop. Ordered online eventually and am really pleased with this denim jacket. Great for this lousy weather and can be layered over everything. Well made, quality fabric, good attention to detail. Sleeves a bit long, as always, but just folded them back.

Driver did not ring bell or use doorknocker. My husband and I have been in all day. Received an email notification stating parcel delivered 'to a safe place'. Left outside front door on the doormat! Not really safe despite our rural location.

Had to prompt the company after hearing nothing about my order and was then informed they could not read my prescription. Perfectly legible. My husband was told the same thing earlier in the year. A delaying tactic? Money was taken at point of order but glasses took far too long: eventually delivered after xmas - 4 weeks later. Too long. So fed up with company - glasses too tiny, fault with left lens - I have simply given up and put this down to experience. Do NOT buy from this company unless you have immense patience and deep pockets. Simply not worth it. I contacted the CEO which, I believe, is the only reason I eventually got any sort of service.

Ordered, in 3 orders, 4 merino/cashmere jumpers. 2 crew necks for my husband in grey and dark grey and 2 V necks for me in navy and dark grey. All are horribly pilled and scratchy to wear. Complained to Woolovers who acknowledged receipt and stated would reply in 48 hours. Did not. Sent again and received a response asking for a photo. Photo sent. No reply within 48 hours. Contacted again - both Woolovers customer service and their CEO. Got a response with a phone message left asking me to return the call. I did. Person unavailable. Second call received and that was it, folks! Rubbish service, we are both extremely disappointed with the product and hope we might discourage others from buying this particular item. A total waste of approx £200.

Our second mattress from Loaf. Spare room, standard double, looks great. delivery swift and great 100 day return guarantee too. Cover is Irish natural fabric unlike many other synthetic coverings found in other brands today. not tried its comfort yet, but if our larger one is anything to go by, ... great!

They do not need to be turned, only rotated. So why did delivery guys put it on bed upside down?? All, no shoe coverings worn. That aside, they were pleasant and professional.

M and S chose Hermes, not me. Paid for next day delivery and half of my order arrived after 2 days and the last part arrived today. half of the problem belongs to M and S, to whom I have also written to complain. There is often a delay with Hermes deliveries in this rural area.

Hermes deliver to us a lot and are always prompt and very respectful of Covid social distancing. They leave the parcel outside the door and then ring the bell, stand back and wait to ensure it is picked up.

Nice looking frame, well made, delivery great. Had such a problem placing the print in the mount as it shifted so much and was so close a fit that it took us 4 or 5 attempts to make it look right.
