Can't compliment these folks enough. Asked a question, got a quick and direct answer, along with follow-up. Placed an order on Thursday at 1pm and it was delivered to me in a regional town before midday on Friday! Wowza! Why can't other companies do this? THANKS!!!

Can't say enough good things about this engine! The mounting bolt config was slightly different from the older B&S engine that it replaced but after drilling a couple of new holes it was a breeze. Tech support was super helpful with getting it connected. There's a fuel cutoff switch that needs to be connected to the starter key. Once I worked how to do that with the help of tech support this thing has been amazing. SO much power and it never misses a beat. HEAPS better than the old B&S engine. Highly recommend these folks. Great service, great product! 100/100!

Product was as advertised but it took almost a month for it to arrive from when the order was accepted. I should have known when I was forced to 'accept our terms and conditions for delivery' before placing the order. I subsequently placed an order for a similar item from China a week later which arrived almost two weeks before this order arrived. This is why Australian companies are getting wiped out by overseas competitors. Less than half the price, half the time to deliver.

I can't recommend this company enough. Fantastic customer service, superb workmanship and quality materials. They replaced my Toyota Landcruiser Prado Driver Side seatbelt webbing and it's as good or better than when it was new. Nice people, great communication and they turned it around in less than 24 hours. Toyota wanted $500 for a new one and the webbing replacement, including return Express Postage, was done for $200. Top marks! Need more companies like this!

Placed an order for a set of frames that Go-Optic claimed to be in stock and ready to ship. One week later was informed that the item was 'not available'. If it was not available, why did you take my order (and my money) and waste a week of my time when I could have bought it elsewhere? Very poor form. Went on the 'Live Agent Chat' and only got responses from robots. Still no credit posted to my AMEX card for the charges. You need to do better. No future business from this customer.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I LOVE this jacket. Thanks, this is my fourth Mountain Designs fleece. I've been wearing them until they fall apart for more than 25 years. They are comfortable, warm and resilient. The zippers seem to be the weak point. Last one had three zippers replaced before I finally gave up on it and bought this new fleece. The new material is different than the previous one. Not quite as stiff. I prefer the old material but I suspect the new one will have some added benefits that I will find out about after wearing it for a while.

Charles Tyrwhitt people care about service and the company cares about quality and value. Top marks in all departments! Can’t recommend this company highly enough. They are simply THE BEST.

Mostly great experiences with Banggood. Only issue is that when there are defective products they insist on you sending them YouTube video as well as any photos which document the defects or issues. Sometimes there's no point to make a video. Accept the photos and get on with it. But, overall, good company to buy from and the are responsive when you contact them.

Highest recommendation. Super-responsive to requests for help and info, competitive pricing, friendly service and fastest shipping ever. And very thoughtful packing. Will definitely do business with these folks again!
