Our records show you emailed us to advise regarding the miss-picking error from the warehouse on 18/04 at 10.57, This issue was resolved and the items had been resent out to you from the warehouse by 11:24am. Your first email to our customer services were very rude and offensive before we were aware of any issue that had occurred in the warehouse. We resolved the issue immediately and apologised for the error. Our Customer Services do try to resolve any issues with immediate effect which we did for you. We appreciate this would have been frustrating for you receiving the wrong items, however the content of your email to us did not need to be a nasty email as we would always be more than happy to rectify any mistakes that can occasionally be made during the thousands of orders packed and dispatched daily
