The delivery person for the area where I live is particularly good. Always follows my instructions and deliveries are generally on time. However when the usual delivery person is on holiday the cover is not always as good.

Took a while to arrive and smaller than expected. Came in lovely little cardboard box. Haven’t used the ruler yet.

Delivery on time. Slightly confusing with text messages as received one that said delivery couldn’t be completed as no one home. Then another message saying item had been delivered and left by door as instructed.

I was doubtful at first as these pillows were quite expensive. However they are simply the best pillows I have ever had. I have two and swap them over whenever I change my bedding. As I have ME I spend a lot of time in bed. I have just purchased a pillow for a friend as a present.

I have ordered items in the past from Emma Ball as I particularly like the animals she draws. I was excited to see the new cross stitch kits and was delighted today when I opened my parcel to find a handwritten note together with a puffin needle minder as a little gift to me as I was the first to order the cross stitch kit. A great little surprise. In the past I have appreciated the envelope with the free little cards - I have used them as little gift tags.
