We rely on Companies such as Virgin Wines to achieve all that is professed in quality and service levels. In my experience Virgin Wines have achieved this in all areas.

The online processes left Noah with the Arc. How can you be billed on the 26th and your bill is archived by the 29th and you have to request a statement to come in the post?
Most uninformative on line system I've seen in years. You put a reading on the system and its days before you can see your spends.
As a result its extremely difficult to question your account totals.
The 2 stars aren't based upon customer service but do reflect the IT system.

Previously good service but now in refund dispute as they say they did not receive the watch in the 10 watch presentation box which they acknowledge they did get.
How can I dispute this. They say go back to the carrier. It's not my carrier it's theirs and Asda's.
You don't even get a scanned receipt or weight of goods label.
Looks like I'm going to be £158.98 out of pocket. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement.
