I bought 3 very high quality T-shirt from JOOM but needed to buy 2 sizes bigger because Chinese sizes are too small.
The material was perfect, cotton as stated, beautiful deep colours and the printing is excellent!😊👍

Alot of people seem to have problemen, especially with sizing and returns.

I am quite pleased with my purchases with Joom but I buy from Chinese platforms alot and have done so for quite awhile so I know the do's and donots by now.
Here is some help for newbies:
1. Sizing is ALWAYS Chinese, so size UP(most have a sizing chart. If not, stay away!) and always read the REVIEWS! Other customers will always tell you what shop has what kind of sizing.
The "cotton" is not always cotton. READ everything very carefully. Most sellers always have extra information about their items on the end of the listing. This list is 100% correct.
2. REVIEWS are your best friend!
If there are NO reviews, DONOT BUY!
If you do, it is a blind buy, meaning, maybe good, maybe bad...👐
That is for ALL products.
3. DONOT contact the seller! They will not answer you!
If there is a problem, contact JOOM Customer Service.
4. Yes, you can Return, BUT AT YOUR OWN COST. Yes, sending a package to China is VERY expensive!
In other words, be sure what you want to buy, make sure you buy the correct item listed and make sure you have read EVERYTHING before buying, ALSO THE REVIEWS!!!
If it arrives defect or broken, contact JOOM CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can make a complaint.
5. On 01 july 2026 the EU has added very HIGH IMPORT DUTIES & TAX to ALL non-EU packages(items)
Companies such as JOOM(China)have already added these costs to the ITEMS!
This means the items have become much more expensive than before but you will not have to pay for the import duties and tax here when the package arrives.
JOOM pays these costs to the Dutch Duane for you.
This is a service JOOM does for customers.
They DONOT cheat you, this is done by law💯
6. If you know how to buy from JOOM you will be happy when you find what you are looking for and shipping is usually very fast!
If items donot arrive or are delayed, please remember:
this problemen is usually with the shipping/postal company and not with the seller.
I see always people angry at shop for postagentschap problemen!
WHY????

I bought quite afew very beautiful and high quality tops on this site awhile back.
They had a sale so that was an extra plus!
Unfortunately, their quality has greatly declined and their prices are now extreme in my opinion, so obviously I no longer order my things with this shop.
Such a shame.

So much variaties and lots of ways to make you chosen card super special.
The choices to personalize are endless and super fun!
But, you need to be patient and take the time because the site can get abit touchy when you are personalizing and moving pics or text.
But once it's done it usually is just so nice.
The colours and printing is all beautiful, high quality.
Even added downloaded photographs (if you wish to add) are perfect!
AND adding a gift or floating balloon with your card is super too, especially if you cannot be with the person on their special day.
They have so much to choose from!
Quality items for every occasion, flowers, very nice balloons for any occasion in a huge colourful box brought right to the door😃🤩💝✨️🎈✨️🎉🎁♥️
Tried others, but nobody does it like Greetz and I promise, they didnot pay me for this comment, lol!😄🤗Oh! Why only 4 stars then??? It's for the jumpy server that makes me have to look for a sticker thats been hadden under another sticker I cannot find(I'm impatient that way...as I said, you need patience and the time to play around if you want a super special personalized card...but well worth the result😍💯🙌

I will not repurchase with Korean Skincare.
Why? Because I feel you guys dont appreciatie us at all, lowering standards instead of being better, ESPECIALLY with the amount you expect of 160 for a less than "Surprise!" Gift, are you kidding me?
There are so many Korean Skincare online sales at reputed companies these days...why try-out this sad way with your customers to make them pay so much in one go with a box of sample, cheap mask and a face cloth for alot of money....not a fun and glowy feeling at all!
Why are you calling it a Glowy Box?
There is literally nothing glowing in it except dissapointment😔
