I cannot praise the team in Glasgow yesterday 12/1/22 highly enough for a fabulous experience. From the minute I entered, everyone was so friendly and informative. Before my treatment I was not hurried and every question was answered. When the procedure was being carried out by the medic, she was so meticulous in explaining every move and why, students were asking questions and they were given minute, detailed responses as opposed to basic answers and guidance. I was really impressed at the professional organisation and the treatment results. I am delighted and will certainly be back that’s for sure! Thank you to everyone who put me at ease and made my first experience of fillers so easy and painless, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results! Practicing my pouting as I type, you’ve given me a much needed spring in my step that’s been missing for a while. I cannot thank you enough. Izzy x

Not even worthy of one star! You cannot contact by phone, no email replies and no reply to social media messages. Absolute disgusting company and nothing short of theft. I have been waiting since March for refund. Promises to refund but no cash refunded. Have emailed as high as CEO and VIP team but no reply. This is theft, this is criminal and this is absolutely no way how to treat loyal customers. Disgusting.
