One of the local delivery boxes wouldnt open ,tried many many times. Fortunately ;someone realised and took it to NKD a shop quite close ,still sometimes it takes a while for the boxes to open on that set so I will not use it unless I have no choice ?

I found this easy to do and reasonably priced.It would be helpful to have a choice of language to read it in

Just lately Mondial relais in this area of 86 has been in chaos. To the point where I will use shop to shop where I can untill I hear that things have improved . I feel people are being forced to use the App and it just is not convenient for all to do that

taking a parcel to drop boxes is sometimes not straight forward. I cant get a 6.40 refund for a parcel that didn't go .Neither can I get a reply on the fb site or to my emails. tracking is abyssmal Now looking for other carriers .

deposit box a failure.Had to send package the following day .Form to claim refund wont send . have messaged and emailed and it seems they won't or don't want to send me 6.40e refund .I would hate to have a serious claim with them

The order took a little longer to be delivered than I actually thought it would .However everything was there including a bonus bag of Percy Pigs ,so thank you. I hope in time they might bring the prices down a little particularly the M&S goods

All handled simply and efficiently .arriving at it's destination very quickly and the possibility to watch its progress is comforting .An overall satisfactory service ,thank you

The quality & finish for the price is extraordinarily good. Here in France glasses are eye wateringly expensive , so It is very much appreciated to have a service like this . Will use Glasses2you again ,no decision

From the outset ,the sales staff that I had dealings with were knowledgeable ,efficient but polite ,and as helpful as any person could be .
I ordered a freezer compartment Door , It was delivered and fitted by my husband in well under a week .Good for the uk . Certainly ,but I live in rural France ! Had I ordered locally I would estimate 2 to 3 weeks minimum. I will certainly use them for any future requirements I may have in the future.I would also recomend them to friends an family.In fact if they would like to send me a poster or business card I would be delighted to display it in the cafe owned by my daughter where several expats and french people congregate. Many thanks for the speed and efficiency ,It was appreciated.
