Illegal copies
I ordered the well known family board game 'Ticket to Ride' from Fyndiq. The product is of extremely poor quality and I strongly suspect it is a fake.

Review of Hemnix
Avoid this company. I ordered two book themed coffee mugs for Christmas. When they arrived there were nothing like the marketing photo, had a chip in the very cheap glass and were so poorly hand painted.
The real issue though is their returns policy, and the cots involved. Here it is in full, copy pasted from their website:
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether or not your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. To cover the administrative costs of handling returns, a fee of SEK 150 will be deducted from the original refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we have approved your return, please contact us via the chat below.
The Distance Contracts Act does not give the customer the right to request a refund of costs for transport & transaction costs or other services provided. Therefore, we apply the following payment fees that are non-refundable:
Packages that are not picked up
If the package is not collected from the Post Office, we will charge a fee of 250 SEK plus an additional 70 SEK per item. If the order amount exceeds 800 SEK, we will charge a fee of 300 SEK plus an additional 100 SEK per item. However, in some cases we can resend the package, and then you only need to pay the shipping cost (usually around 150 SEK for 1-2 items). If it concerns 4 or more items, 200 SEK per item will be charged, in addition to the first one.
Review of Kolonialvaror
Advertised a product as being in-stock. After a delay of 4 days I was informed that the product was not actually in stock and they were waiting for a shipment from their supplier. Not impressed and wished I had checked the Trustpilot score before ordering from them...clearly a poorly run business!
Review of Happident
It's like russian roulette whether you get a good dentist or not and that's the main problem with Happident's business model. I had a broken tooth and the dentist in Alingsås did a really good job. A few months later a tooth on the opposite side also broke. It was an identical break to the first one. This time I chose a dentist closer to work in Munkebäck because they were available sooner. With hindsight I should have realised that dentists with a lot of free timeslots come with a higher risk. They did a really bad job and my tooth is now worse than when I went in...highly sensitive to cold and warm and hurts when I tap it with a fingernail.
I called them and booked to come in and have it looked at. The dentist cancelled the day before the appointment.
I then made a second booking. They called me the day before this appointment and asked me to come to a completely different clinic.
I told them I did not want to and they said they would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since.
I went onto their main website to make a formal complaint and their is no option to do that.
I tried to find their contact details. The number listed on their website for their head office at the time of writting is +46(0)8-661 0610. It doesn't work.
The email link on their website opens up an email with a link to their website in the body of the email and no email address. Another fail.
AVOID. This is the equivalent to a franchise where any dentist at any level of experience and professionalism can sign up to. So ignore all of the glossy photos and wonderful marketing messages on their website and go to you local dentist instead. It's safer.
Review of Yopa
Our YOPA agent, Nathan White, has been outstanding. He's gone above and beyond what I'd expected from an online property agency. Nathan was knowledgeable about the local area, carried out numerous viewings on our behalf and kept me informed every step the way. Excellent value, saving thousands on the traditional agency model, excellent user experience throughout the online system.
