Very knowledgable, helpful advice and had continued support. Very good customer service.
Mo has been helpful, polite and professional with getting the property onto the market.
Honest, clear communication about what to expect. Did a fantastic job of bringing in clients interested in my property. Oxana had great communication after viewings. All of this led to a great offer on my place.
Quick acting employees & to the point. Professional in their aporoach & easy to talk to. Online service also 5*
This review is for Yopa East Surrey & West Sussex only.
Emma was absolutely fantastic - unfortunately the seller’s solicitor caused a lot of issues and delays in the sale process and without Emma I don’t think this sale would have gone through in time. She was great at communication and supported me as well as her clients throughout.
I didn’t have a good experience when I tried to sell through another franchise owner at Yopa, resulting in me losing thousands of pounds, so I wouldn’t blanket recommend the company/Yopa set up, but Emma/East Surrey & West Sussex specifically was an exception to my previous experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Everything about selling your house with Yopa is so easy! It took the stress out of selling.
Scott is fantastic. I was recommended him and Yopa by people who had previously sold with them and I am so pleased I did.
There was no upfront costs - it comes off the total at point of sale.
Yopa had their own legal team who dealt with everything with the buyers solicitors.
Scott handled all the viewings and kept me updated with any developments.
The entire process was so smooth and so easy. Would 100% recommend

I would highly recommend Stephen. He came out to value my nan’s property and was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and made us feel really comfortable. Stephen brought a lot of knowledge and experience with him and took the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated.
A fantastic service and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Stephen! 😊

Leanne Ord was absolutely amazing from our initial meeting to securing an offer. She kept us informed in every aspect of the sale, phoning us and messaging to update us of the progress and shared our excitement of a sale.
I would recommend Leanne to anyone her professionalism and knowledge was outstanding.
Many thanks.

Extremely disappointing experience. We submitted an offer for a property through the online account, exactly as requested, and I also sent a message separately to let them know that the offer had been submitted.
Despite this, we received absolutely no response. Our offer was not even opened or acknowledged, and nobody contacted us to confirm that it had been received.
We understand that sellers can receive multiple offers and that an offer may not be accepted — that is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is completely ignoring a genuine buyer who has taken the time to submit an offer through the process provided by the agency.
Even a simple confirmation that the offer had been received would have been basic customer service. Instead, we were left wondering whether our offer had even been seen.
Very poor communication and extremely disappointing treatment of potential buyers. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident recommending this agency.

So far my experience purchasing a property through Yopa has been great. The communication has been quick and clear with a member of the team named Toby.

Extremely disappointing experience with Yopa – poor service and poor customer care
Our experience with Yopa has been extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, has not matched the level of service we were promised when we instructed them to sell our property.
We are approximately 2.5 months into our agreement and, during that time, we have not felt that we have received the level of service or support we would reasonably expect from a full estate agent service. We have had concerns about the communication, level of proactivity and overall management of the sale. The estate agent was extremely rude and unprofessional
After becoming increasingly dissatisfied, we raised a formal complaint with Yopa and explained that we no longer had confidence in the service being provided. In an attempt to resolve matters amicably, we even offered £500 to end the agreement. This seemed to us a reasonable compromise given our experience.
Unfortunately, Yopa refused this and instead maintained that their full fee would be payable. We found this particularly frustrating because, from our perspective, the issue was not simply that we had changed our mind about using Yopa — it was that we felt the service we had received had fallen significantly short of what we had been led to expect.
We have also had concerns regarding the handling and retention of our personal data. We have been told that our personal information may need to be retained for nine years because a valuation was carried out on the property. We have asked for clarification as to the specific legal or regulatory basis for this retention period, particularly in relation to our payment card information.
Overall, what has been most disappointing has been the lack of willingness to acknowledge or address our concerns and find a reasonable resolution. We entered into the agreement expecting a professional, supportive and customer-focused estate agent. Instead, we feel that we have had to spend considerable time chasing issues and challenging decisions that we believe are unreasonable.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Yopa and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to carefully check the terms of their contract, particularly the arrangements for ending the agreement and the fees that may become payable.
This review reflects our personal experience and the service we have received from Yopa.
Please note- YOPA did not address our concerns, they just dismissed them and took the full fee. They would even speak to a viewer who sent me a text telling me how unprofessional the estate agent was and how their experience at the viewing put them off from having anything to do with YOPA again ( n.b our television was broken on this viewing) because they said she has not made the complaint and so they cannot use her view as support for our concerns.
Worst experience I have ever had with a company.IMO.

Disappointing overall.
We tried to sell our house using Yopa with a fixed fee.
All was well up until we paid the fee, then communication died off and we even had one viewer that said they waited over 2 weeks for a reply from our agent.
Around half of the viewings we had to facilitate ourselves as our agent was too busy or just didn't turn up.
Read your T's + C's as the fixed fee only covers a certain time frame which we weren't aware of.
You get what you pay for.
In future we'll be using a more reputable agent.
