I wanted to convert one document, the price £1.99 - it was an order of service as my father had just passed away. I did not receive any notification that I had entered into a contract, no email after. The document did not convert from a PDF into a word doc, but I thought nothing of it. As you can imagine looking at my bank statements during this very emotional time was not top of my to do list. I have now seen three payments of £49.99 go out of my account. Although I have not used the service they are unwilling to give me back the money.

Oh wow. Fresh tasting, huge variety of flavours. Love the versatility of being able to use them on hot or cold food or create a spicy mayo.

No nonsense insurance, great telephone service from Gary, who was still in training today, he was clear and very easy to deal with.

My daughter who is in her gcse year got a lot from Robs webinars. It must be challenging for him to engage with so many students, some being there because they want to and others probably pressed into going by their parents but he nails it. She attended the first one because I asked her to, she was not excited about it. But leaving the webinar she was so pleased to have a couple of take away tips that she felt she could use in her exams and was very happy to attend the next ones, in fact, she asked me the next date and time and was very keen to attend them. Excellently positioned, engaging and useful. Would recommend!

Great family business selling good quality, well priced beds. I liked the first one so much I bought another! Lovely quality headboard and matching divan base. Well communicated with regarding delivery and when I found it tricky putting it together they were on hand to help. If I need another bed I will be coming back to them. Many thanks

After sharing a bad experience of Trespass a few weeks ago on Trustpilot, I was contacted via Trustpilot by Trespass with a message to contact them and they would look into the situation for me. It's always interesting how companies do not communicate with their customers until they publish a bad review. So I contacted Trustpilot a few days ago and what a surprise, no one has come back to me. Again I feel that the company does not care about its customers

Terrible experience. Ordered ski trousers and 4 sets of thermals. Interestingly the thermals were zero priced when ordered. What a deal. Unknown to me trespass cancelled my order. Did not tell me and put me in a position where I was without vital items for a ski trip. Poor poor poor customer service. No contact number to chase had to wait two days for my message to be responded to then to receive a standard response that it was cancelled due to the zero prices items. They could have told me this when they realised there was a mistake. I will not be using them again

They do not list their products fully and their customer service is terrible as I recently purchased 4 pairs of children's ski socks, I did not realise at the time but tube socks arrived and would not stay on my childrens feet on their first trip to the snow dome. The socks are not fit for purpose and totally useless. When I tried to make contact, firstly they would not respond to my emails and then after waiting on hold for 20 minutes they would not accept my socks back as they had been worn and they argued that the product did not say that it had a heel! Surely when someone buys socks and they do not have a heel, that is what should be stated, or even simply tube socks, neither are mentioned on the product overview. I believe Skimania chose not to mention the 'tube' or 'no heel' aspect on the overview to try and sell off poor socks that do not stay on. I am now left with 4 pairs of useless socks and have had to purchase a further 4 pairs from a different supplier. Stay away from Skimania, poor product overviews, poor customer service
