I love the compartments and wheels of my icon stripe cabin sized case. But I chose a mustard yellow colour which, after just 1 flight (checked into the hold) is now covered in black marks, scuffs and scratches and white scratches. I know airports dont take much care of luggage but I would expect antler products to be made of tougher materials. It looks old now.

Don’t honour key worker discounts even though I sent proof through approval in there portal.
Highly disappointing and short sighted over 5%

Bought this backpack to replace a very old and travelled backpack. Website was very easy to navigate and order from. Item arrived on time as the communications stated and arrived well packed. I love the ability to open it fully and pack your clothing with plenty of space for a night/weekend away and with space for computer/table and various pockets for all your needs. The quality is first class and on par and in my opinion better than its competitors and more versatile. The shoulder straps seem to be well padded and love the side carrying handle. The only issue I have is the pocket on the side is very small for a water bottle etc but if needed you have the external cord on the rear of the back to hold one. Only time will tell if lasts the distance of my last one, but would definitely recommend even if it is expensive but no more so than other manufacturers.

Quick delivery. Case looks good and as expected, but I have not yet used it.

The delivery driver was pleasant and professional and the suitcases seem sturdy and fitted the description. The only issue we encountered was setting the code which ought to have been explained on an accompanying card.

Depends how you resolve my suit case issue.

Lovely case my 3rd one .

I purchased a hardshell suitcase on the basis of Antler being a 'heritage quality British brand'. Yet on the first trip a few weeks later found that the expander zip was faulty - the zip edge that should have been fixed to the case had not been fixed/stitched in properly. I informed Antler via whatsapp immediately along with various photos showing the spotless surrounding area and zip itself, to demonstrate that there was no way this could have been caused in transit, by being scratched or caught or pulled. I'd assumed this would be a simple replacement as otherwise the case was fine.

Immediately the tone of the support team changed: I was referred to the 'warranty' that states that at my own cost I had to courier the case to a third party supplier who then would decide if it was the fault of Antler, and only then would they cover the cost of repair. I would have to still cover courier transport in both directions, even though this third party supplier (as I later investigated) has an account relationship with the recommended courier.

This is completely against the Consumer Rights Act and Sale of Goods Act. In both cases it is the seller's responsibility to make it easy/free to enact returns for faulty items, and if the issue is found within six months the supplier is assumed liable for the fault as default.

Long story short, but Antler REFUSED to acknowledge this reality, insisting on following their own internal warranty policy, which directly contravenes both of these laws, despite me presenting all the facts and even quoting the relevant sections of the law. This went on for extensive back and forth and I even felt like I was dealing with an AI bot it was so unhelpful.

Ultimately I went through my bank to dispute the charge, presenting the evidence (including photos, correspondence, order/invoices) and received a refund. Even through this process Antler tried to fight it, but given that their own public policy is flagrantly at odds with the law, the dispute was held in my favour.

I wanted to write this review so that maybe someone else has the same experience - it is possible to force them into a refund with the help of a third party and awareness of your rights! Don't accept their word for it.

Ordered on 1st September, I spent over £400 on 2x Duffels and paid additional cost for next day delivery. (DPD are the courier) Ordered on 1st September, but now been told that delivery will be 7th September - the day I travel, so I will definitely need to make alternative luggage arrangements. Even though my luggage is sitting in a depot only an hour away from my home, they do not allow me to go and collect it in person. Antler & DPD clearly making delivery commitments that they cannot honour at the time of purchase, as my tracked package inexplicably travelled from Washington, near Sunderland, to Wolvey in Warwickshire (Approx. 200 miles in the opposite direction it should!!), before heading to the DPD depot near Aberdeen. Shockingly poor service. Hope the bags are worthy of the inconvenience when they eventually arrive.

We contacted customer service regarding an issue we had with our aging suite case and were very impressed with the quality of response we received. Nothing seemed to be a problem and they always responded promptly and tried to assist. A real refreshing response from a customer services development and a company that really wanted to help.

Quick and easy to order. Ordered 2 different sized rucksack sacks, knowing we could return 1 if needed to. Delivered as and when expected. One was for our son who is going to New Zealand but we decided to keep the other one for ourselves as the quality of the product was better than we had seen anywhere before. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality. Fast delivery. Happened to be discounted which made it good value.
