Great service from an amazing local supplier. I knew roughly what I needed and due to the size needed this to be delivered. I called into the sales office and the service was amazing, super helpful, very knowledgeable and even was able to recommend and suggest products that I had missed. Delivery was made on time, to the location of our choice. We ended up ordering to much so I returned what we had left over and that was no bother either. Would definitely recommend and will use again for all future projects.

I recently ordered a replacement part for one of our shark hoovers. I was utter astonished that it arrived the next day.

We ordered a pre built media wall and I was a little bit sceptical given some of the reviews but it arrived on time. Delivery was no issues, arriving by a 2 man team, boxes undamaged so no complaints. The assembly of the media wall was a little tricky, there are a lot of parts but as long as you take your time it’s manageable and it does go together very well making it nice and study. The only 2 complaints I have is once built it is incredibly heavy, you need to lift it onto a lip and this wasn’t an easy task. I would recommend either having extra helpers or 2 very strong men. One of the pieces of wood did get damaged during this process which was disappointing given we’d spent so long assembling, the other negative point is given the weight it only really has 2 brackets onto the wall. We were attaching to a plasterboard wall which aren’t the best and having young children we’ve had to make some of our own adaptions to ensure it doesn’t move. Given the weight I would have thought more fixing points would have been required but overall I am happy with the outcome and the quality for the price paid.

Laura worked tirelessly to ensure we worked to timeframes that we needed, even doing investigations that the otherwise were meant to do just to ensure we got matters across the line. Without Laura’s efforts there would be no way that we would have achieved a pre Christmas completion but thanks to her we now have the keys to our new home and can get our family settled in time for christmas.

The ordering experience was fine, I found the tracking a little harder than some of the other websites. The delivery charges are steep and I was shocked to find I was also charged to return. Some of the items I’d ordered needed to be a bigger size. In the end it cost me £15 to order return then re order the correct size. Considering most offer free delivery and free returns this left a sour taste!

Arrived in good time, easy to track

Ordered on the 31st May the communication and customer service was terrible. After ordering I received an email telling me all about my pre order purchase, despite the item being in stock when I ordered. I tried to call 4 times with all calls taking over half an hour and ending up with me being sent to voicemail. I emailed twice and when I finally did get a response it was helpful but took 7 working days to receive a reply. The furniture has arrived from the point of the delivery company contact it’s been faultless but getting there has been stressful, the furniture it’s self is great they just need to brush up on the customer service
