Easy to get the initial estimates & label to send off. On their inspection they didn't agree with all my assessments but were very speedy & helpful with their explanations, great communication. We chose to sell some & return some. Money in the back efficiently, plus those returned well packed & speedily received. Mixed results from the experience but worth the effort & a great service we would recommend & use again. Thank you to your workers.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered- a one star is too many & a scam company. All lies.

Ordered a chunky cardigan, got a printed fabric blouse- you could tell things were wrong from the size of the package when delivered. Took three weeks not three days to come. Said free delivery but they add an insurance charge you can't take off. It was delivered so can't claim there.

Called customer services- a voice mail that goes nowhere.

Wrong item so entitled to a free returns as per their terms- they won't send a pre-paid label, cost by myself & address international- actual address varies Hong Kong/USA?

No refund- said unable to process back to a credit card, vouchers offered only- certainly don't want to re-order anything else & advise anyone else, stay well away, you don't get what the picture clearly shows.

Delay in writing review to give them chance to correct- waited too long now, its not happening.

Jordan was thorough & helpful sorting out new flights for me. Done with great efficiency & explaining why additional costs were required. I have used this company many times now & always an excellent service, helping me get the best prices possible. We wil use again, thank you.

When we realised it was a third party sale we were quite worried, however this turned out to be unjustified. Viagogo have a policy that if all is not well you get you money back.
As it happens there was no issues & all went well. Our tickets were transferred to Ticket-master on the morning of the show. We also noted our seats had been changed to that ordered, much closer to the stage, but no longer an aisle seat. Not sure why this happened but we had better seats so not complaining.
We now have confidence in this company & would use again.

Rang today & spoke with Alfie, to help with going through my drawdown amendments. He was very efficient & made it seem so straightforward & easy- thankyou for his support. Great professionalism.

We are loving our new Beko fridge, bought to replace our old broken one- different brand. Chose due to larger inside volume for an under-counter larder fridge & cheapest cost. Loving the sturdy door & shelves. No dislikes, working really well. Great purchase & would recommend.

Rang for help with badly leaking radiator, after removing to decorate. Lady on phone took details but didn't really understand, said would be within 24hrs which wasn't acceptable, but decided to give it 1hr & call back.

10 mins after call, got message, i would be contacted in next 1-4 hrs, ok with this. Within half hr got call from plumber who seemed to understand our issue. Can come now or tomorrow to suit as was late fri eve. As needed sorting asap, so we chose now & he arrived 30mins later, so about 1hr from initial call. We were happy with this. We had now stopped water pouring out by switching heating off. Not happy as cold night.

On arrival, quickly showed us what problem was & how to sort. All done in 15mins.
He was so helpful & efficient, showing us how to avoid same issue another time.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Jordan, sorting out flights for my son going to university.
He was very helpful & polite, making sure all points were covered correctly in a very efficient manner. We would recommend use of this company- we were a return customer. Always a pleasure.

Hi, rang Octopus today to request a loyalty discount, as our tariff is coming to an end, however they don't do them. Lovely lady helped me make sure I was on the best tariff available, making sure all goes ahead at an agreed date & price. Maybe didn't get a price reduction but I was helped by by a very professional knowledgeable lady in a timely courteous, friendly manner.

Just had a 7 day cruise from Trieste/Italy to Barcelona/Spain via, Zadar & Split in Croatia, Valetta/Malta & Palma/Majorca on the Cunard Queen Victoria.
It was a wonderful trip on a very clean, spacious, luxurious ship. Majority of staff could not be more helpful, kind & thoughtful if they tried. (Slight issues with 2 staff only).
Destinations were wonderful & plenty of time in port to explore.
Loved the onboard entertainment, great variety, very professional. Loved the bars & theatre productions- for us the comic act was a bit stale & slow- could be personal taste! Musicians were amazing.
Food amazing, high quality & tasty. Something for everyone. Great service & chefs.
Our inside cabin was more spacious than others we've had, however, shower cubicle very small for those of us a bit rounder than others.
This was a special 185th celebration & other than a few announcements, a gala night with glass of champagne, plus a displayed celebration cake- not cut, not sure what events marked the occasion. Menu although different foods (also very tasty/well cooked), was the same as other nights.

Sharon was very efficient at sorting out flights for my son. Explained clearly what my options were, keeping me updated at every step. Tickets received within 24 hours of purchase as promised so all is good.

All arrangements went to plan, great hotel, flights, transfers- no complaints & will use this company again without a doubt.

This was a very clean, recently refurbished hotel. Work still being done but everything we needed & didn't affect our stay. Approximately half of the hotel rooms appeared to be in use. Restaurant & pools all fully open. Jacuzzi, indoor pool changing area not yet operational. Everywhere very clean & constantly cleaning communal areas throughout the day. Lovely surroundings- brill pools, clean, plenty sunbeds.

Plenty of good food- great variety & amount. Mix of salads, cooked meats cheese, then hot options of meat, fish, vegetarian, pasta, rice, stew. breads, fruit & cake for desert. Large cakes you needed to be quick, especially with a few piling plates high- disgusting when later you saw it left for the bin, such a waste. If you didn't like all of the food there would always be something unless you are super fussy. Never asked about special needs eg gluten free, you would need to ask for your circumstances. All seemed very obliging so I would think they would cater if you asked. Morning & afternoon snacks was pizza, pasta, chips & biscuit's. Drinks in the bar tasty but not sure how alcoholic some were- you could drink a lot with no effect, bars outside the hotel another matter.

Close to beach & old town. Locked gate out the back of the hotel, access via room keys. Across a road to the beach & sea. Bars, restaurants & shops on this road. Busy more with people than vehicles. Walked into the old town where there are other beaches, Bars & restaurants all spread out. Very atmospheric, great views. Food & drink very reasonable.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Down side it overlooked a busy street & the football stadium, however we only showered/slept in the room so it was never an issue, & traffic light so didn't keep us awake. We had a wonderful relaxing break. Lots of steps/ridges to get used to.

Pools & animation geared up for children. Evening childrens disco which all seemed to love & kept them entertained. We would have liked more seating outside for the evening. Plenty of sunbeds for during the day. Once kids disco finished bar still open but now no music- a singer for adults would be good but feel as more things open this may happen.

Our big downer as non-smokers was the smokers! They can smoke everywhere except one of the inside restaurants- but we even did see vapers in there despite the notice on the door! From a personal view I would prefer they were in a designated area. I would have liked to have eaten outside in the open air, but not with the smokers.

We didn't have young children but there was plenty to do for them & they were well catered for, including slides & fun area in one one the pools- under 12's. very family orientated.

Staff all friendly & helpful however not all could speak any English. Google translate & hand signals made everything ok.

Would we go again- yes, both to the hotel & the resort.
Would we recommend- yes, we loved it & had a great time.
