Can't complain about the price of the holiday for 6 adults and 2 children. But I am annoyed that to get that price we were persuaded to do connecting flights and weren't told that place we would fly to to get our connecting flights to Orlando wouldn't be the same as were discussed in the booking. Honesty is so important when spending a lot of money on a holiday.

Just returned from Vietnam and Cambodia on the Mekong River cruise. This was delayed from last year. What a fantastic holiday, we were accompanied by Bernie who always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. The places we visited and the people we met went totally above our expectations. The two hotels we stayed in were fabulous especially the one in Siem Reap. Our Cambodian and Vietnamese guides were amazing, we were lucky enough to be in Cambodia for their new year which was incredible to see. The food and drink on the boat on the Mekong was great and the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great time. We have used riveria twice before and look forward to going with them on the clipper next year.

Have used iglu before and certainly would again. When the cabin booked showed to have an obstructive view this was straight away changed for a new one.

So pleased we changed to this company for our products. Trying very hard to be good to the planet.

Can't fault Annette sorting out our coupons from cancelled covid holiday. All sorted and looking forward to going to Dubai in February. We did a bit of ping ping with the phone calls but got there in the end.

We bought our bed settee from them 4 years ago driving from Worcester to London to the shop. This was after a huge amount of research on bed settees and we felt they offered the best price and quality we were looking for. Highly recommended and would certainly return to buy from there again.

My nearly 15 year old springer spaniel has been taking the tablets for about 3 weeks now. I am already seeing a difference in him. Very pleased
