Afternoon Tea
I tried to order the Afternoon tea, but I got caught between the summer one which was out of stock and the Autumn one being live. The customer service person was amazing.- was able to find the Autumn afternoon tea link for me (which was hidden) so I could compete my order. And the parcel arrived on time, tracked by DPD (who are also fantastic), and the Afternoon tea was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Flat battery, came out promptly, called 10 mins before arriving to check it was ok and I was around, fixed the problem quickly, and a very friendly mechanic.
